Healthy Vegetarian Food – Bok Choy Delight

Bok Choy Delight  –

1. Chop & stir-fry: Bok Choy, Garlic, Green Onions, shallots & ginger.

2.  Stir -fry on medium/high heat with olive oil

3. Close to finish, add low sodium soy sauce.

Sprinkle hot chili flakes if you like heat!
